The Sunday Scroll #21

Sunday Scroll

Hi all,

Hey everyone, I guess everyone is enjoying these cozy chilled winters while some of us are stepping outside to go to work, taking on the challenging chilling waves headon!!! Hats off to you people! To me, household chores seems to be an herculean task in this torturous weather. Please God have some mercy on us an let Sun struggle less and Shine more.

Other than these chores, Crushing Candies and Surfing on the hover-boards above the trains is the only exercise I indulge in these days! 😛 Ofcourse, I forgot mentioning all those urgent chit-chats with the friends that need immediate attention when Whatsapp pings continuously whole day asking for attention!! Oh yah, whatever time remains (if any), I write and read too!! And the poetry have struck again.. and I am on a poetry spree now!! See, so busy I am! 😛 These quilts and blankets do make you lazy no?? And this weather outside which not-so-sweetly asks us to stay inside for the love of our dear lives!

So lots of lazy time at hand leaves one with lots of introspecting thoughts, and I am no different. One of these thoughts is constantly nagging me of my recent decisions. I don’t know whether the decisions I took are good enough or not. Do they make me a good person or will they lead me towards the path of self-hatred and regrets later on… I decide to chuck off these thoughts and take the consequences head on as and when they decide to strike.

New week of the recent new year beckons me to a new City. Country Capital invites me to a new life, to write a new chapter, to accept a big change with a big smile. A Change it will be. As is said, Nothing is constant, except CHANGE. So here it is. A strange feeling it is. A new feeling for a new start. Is this how new beginnings feel? Is this how change feels? May Be. Turning a new page of life to fill it with new colors of dreams and hope. Here’s to accepting change with a warm hug and a smile 🙂

What changes this New Year brought for you?? How did you accept these changes? Do share!!

Until Next Sunday,

Keep Smiling!

  1. Well, the only thing that stays constant is change! So, it makes sense to go with the flow and enjoy it…after all there’s always summer following winter 🙂
Looking forward to reading your poems.

  2. They say, you can’t stop the future, you can’t rewind the past. The only way to move ahead …is to press play! So go ahead and embrace the new changes in your life! All the very best, Nibha! 🙂
